Maria - Director Support

MariaWith Solomon Group since September 2005

Quals & Experience – National Certificate in Adult Literacy Education (Educator). Most of my experiences are life experiences where opportunities have arisen for me to develop as a person in this modern age of Technology. 17 years with NZ Post working my way from Mailroom Officer to Training Officer to Postshop Manager has given me Corporate Business experience.

Personal Statement – Having spent so much time developing myself I needed to re-evaluate who I wanted to be so I resigned from NZ Post.  It took two years to realise that my passion is helping people but in what capacity I had no idea.  Again an opportunity presented itself and I became a Teacher Aide with Solomon Group.  With the help of Solomon Group I believe I have finally found what I have been searching for: “Helping People to Help Themselves”.
