Solomon Group signed the Manukau Youth Transition Services contract from the Ministry of Social Development in November 2005.  This service is to support At Risk Youth between 15-17 years.  In 2008 Solomon Group successfully tendered for the expansion of this service to include all of Counties Manukau.

As a part of this service, Solomon Group recruited 2 Regional Co-ordinators, 6 Youth Coaches and 1 Administrator.
