Personal Statement - I really enjoy working for Solomon Group because of their unique approach where the Tutors are encouraged to develop an ESOL course which meets the individual student's needs. In this way I am able to cater for all the various levels within my class and let them work at their own pace. A warm, caring environment within the classroom helps the students build up their confidence. I find this particularly important at the Pre Lit level where some students have no knowledge of English. I feel lucky to be able to share in all the different cultures and find that we are constantly learning from each other.
