How much do your courses cost?
Most of our programmes are free – if you want to find out which programme is free check out the rest of the website or give us a call on 0800 747 687.
How do I enrol? What do I need to bring?
You can call us on 0800 687 747 and chat with a staff member about enrolling into a course. Please bring in ID, either passport or birth certificate (if NZ-born) when you come into our offices.
How old do I have to be?
You must be at least 16 to be enrolled into a programme or be turning 16 during the programme.
How do I know what programme I should study?
You can come in for a tour of one of our campus and chat to a recruitment advisor about the right programme for you. Our information session (Kainga Fono) is held every Wednesday and Friday, 10am at 30b Ash Road, Wiri so you take a tour of our campus.
Can I bring my children to course?
Due to health and safety regulation, we can not have young children on campus if you are enrolled in a programme.
What are the course hours? How long and can I do it part time?
Course hours and duration varies depending on the programme course. Most of our programmes are full time and usually starts at 9am with varying finish time.
Can I stay on the benefit?
You may be able to stay on the benefit while completing your course. Please check with your case manager if you are unsure about your obligations.
Do I need to be a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident to do your courses?
Yes, and you must be residing in NZ to complete the course as attendance is important to getting qualified.
