Trucking Night Classes

This course will upskill and train you for a career in truck driving for FREE!
No experience necessary.

If you are looking to get back to the workforce or take the next step in your career, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills.

Classes held at: Aspire2 International Building, 144-146 Durham Street, Tauranga

Classes are held every Wednesday and Thursday Evening from 6pm to 9.15pm.

What you will learn:

  • Truck driving theory

  • Logbooks

  • Reading, writing and numeracy

  • Introduction into the trucking industry

  • Truck driving industry employability

  • Health and Safety training

What you will get:

  • Learner’s Theory Truck Driving Class 2 Licence (should you pass testing)

    Eligibility:

    • Students must have held a Full Class 1 Licence for 6 months or more

    • Students must be a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident

    • Students must not hold a level 5 or higher qualification

    • Further criteria applies (we will discuss this with you upon application)
