We want to ensure that the Pasifika community have the right tools, education, training and employment opportunities to really succeed and thrive!

Solomon Group employment navigators will assist clients to prepare for, make the transition to, and stay in permanent employment.

How we help

We assist all Tupu clients with:
  • Upskilling and training

  • Getting a driver’s licence

  • Support writing a CV and cover letter
  • Interview preparation

  • Career advice

  • Finding a job
  • Preparing a personal development plan
Eligibility:

  • You must have Pacific Island heritage

  • You must not be in employment, education or training

  • New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident

This service includes on-going coaching and mentoring as well as training towards developing literacy and numeracy skills which are important in the workspace.

Yes, you do need to have Pacific Island heritage.

Is this support available in my area?

This service is available to you if you live in Northland, Waikato, Auckland or the Bay of Plenty

Will it cost me anything?

The Tupu Aotearoa programme is free if you’re eligible!
