  • Intro to computing hardware, security and troubleshooting

  • Digital communication and social media

  • Wireless network and network communication

  • Computer hardware components

  • Software programme application

  • Basic digital security

  • Legal and ethical requirements

  • Workplace ergonomics

  • File and folder management

  • Troubleshooting and problem solving techniques

What you will get:

  • New Zealand Certificate in Computing (Level 2) (60 NZQA credits) upon completion

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Must have numeracy and literacy abilities to read, write, comprehend text and make simple calculations
